The Kindergarten Block is it currently looks after a recent storm.
The Rotary Club of Accra Spintex at our business meeting on 12th February 2017 received a cheque donation of GHC 4,000 from Royal Estates Group Ltd. towards the construction of the 2-storey Kindergarten and library for our adopted school, the Lashibi Basic School.
The kindergarten pupils were using a wooden structure as their classroom until the roof and part of the structure was taken away by a recent storm.
The club is currently raising about US$120,000 to build them a more befitting structure. The CEO of Royal Estate Group, Mr. Stanley Owusu also pledged some cement block for the construction of the block. The club president thanked him for his kind gesture and encouraged others to do same to help execute the project.
The business meeting ended with the Immediate Past President, IPP Fred hosting club members at his home.
