This is partnership between Rotary Clubs in Ghana and Wheelchair Foundation (USA) (WF). Rotary Club of Accra-Spintex were allocated 5 wheelchairs and these were donated in the community following the needs assessment. The 5 wheelchairs is part of the over 200 provided to Ghana by the WF to be used by person with mobility challenges. The project which started in August 2021 was executed on November 30, 2021. The project will benefit principally prenatal mothers and the physically challenge.
Beneficiaries include The Lekma Polyclinic, Sakumono Community Hostital, Trust Clinic, Sakumono, Sakumono Community Health Center and a nine-year old boy from vulnerable community.
